Last updated 10 October 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to you, your team and anyone who uses the websites, widgets or forms you publish with us.
You must not
- break the law, or help anyone else do so;
- publish content that is false or misleading, including pricing, reviews, qualifications, planning-permission claims or examples of work that are not yours;
- infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy, including copying another business’s website or pictures without permission;
- publish anything hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit or that exploits or endangers children;
- send unsolicited marketing to people who have not agreed to receive it, or use the enquiry data you collect for a purpose you did not tell people about;
- collect data from other people’s workspaces or from our service by scraping or any other means we have not allowed;
- try to get into accounts, workspaces, servers or data that are not yours, or probe for weaknesses without our written permission;
- upload malware, or send traffic meant to overload, disrupt or slow down the service;
- get around limits, rate controls or the bot checks on forms, or use many accounts to avoid a limit;
- use the AI assistant or the API to produce unlawful, deceptive or abusive material, or to attack the service;
- sell, share or give access to your account or API keys to someone outside your business;
- point a domain you do not control at the service.
Keeping to the rules
We may review reports and, where it is necessary to protect people or the service, remove content, unpublish a site, disconnect a domain, limit or suspend an account. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it first. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
Report a problem
If you see a site built with Gardenroom Studio that breaks these rules, or you think we have made a mistake, email hello@3dgardenroomstudio.com with the address of the page and what is wrong.
